Recovery Systems reduce Blast-Media costs.

Portable air-blast systems that "vacuum" abrasives from the work surface are now available from Empire Abrasive Equipment Company. The Blast N' Vac[R] units contain, retrieve, and recycle abrasives at the focus point of the blast nozzle to reduce media costs and environmental risks. Features include a choice of six types of work heads, mufflers to reduce noise, a media reclaimer connected to a water-bath disposal drum, and Vacutrans[R] components capable of retrieving up to 6,600 lbs. per hour. The recovery systems are available in 11 standard models and can be modified to customer specifications. Empire Abrasive Equipment Company
