Record-breaking Bayern in search of more milestones; FOOTBALL.

B MUNICH v FREIBURG 2.30pm BAYERN MUNICH blew Barcelona away in sensational style on Tuesday night and Freiburg appear to stand little chance of stopping the FC Hollywood steam train at the Allianz Arena this afternoon, writes Ben Roe.

Jupp Heynckes' men have already broken numerous records but there is no sign of Bayern taking their foot off the gas in search of further milestones.

The most goals scored in a season appears a particular record Bayern have their eyes on. The current benchmark is 101, which they set during the 1971-72 season and the champions require 13 more goals from their final four fixtures.

It would have been no surprise to see the hosts ease up after capturing the Bundesliga in record-quick time but that certainly hasn't been the case as they have won their last three Bundesliga games 4-0, 6-1 and 6-1 and goals look likely today.

Freiburg are fifth in the table and have plenty to play for. The visitors could end up in the Champions League, Europa League or miss out on both but odds of 14-1 outline their chances of coping with Bayern's quality.

Few will be tempted by 1-4 for a home win so instead backing Claudio Pizarro to net at any time looks the best bet.

The Peruvian has mainly been deployed as a substitute this term but he has started three of the last four Bundesliga games and has taken his chances in emphatic style.

He bagged four against Hamburg and two against Hannover and looks a big price at evens with Boylesports to notch at any time, especially as he's as short as 4-7 elsewhere.
