RealtyIQ teams with realtors.

RealtyIQ formed a professional alliance with the TriState Commercial & Industrial Association of Realtors. The alliance gives the organization's 1,000 members preferred membership status to RealtyIQ, which now boasts 25,000 of its own members across the US. Bruce Z. Weissberg, RealtyIQ's chairman & CEO, made the announcement.

"We are delighted to welcome this prestigious organization of real estate professionals into a membership alliance," Mr. Weissberg said. "RealtyIQ is valuable to all commercial real estate professionals irrespective of the size or types of properties they represent. Accessible, fresh, and compelling data is the life-blood of the profession. RealtyIQ is on-line service that offers the very best market information -- local, regional, and national -- at an affordable price."

The TriState Commercial & Industrial Association of Realtors, headquartered in Bridgeport, PA, extends professional benefits such as unique networking opportunities, education courses and seminars, professional standards panels, legislative alliances with state and national associations, and group-enabled discounts on many services. In the case of its membership alliance with RealtyIQ, the TriState Commercial & Industrial Association of Realtors will be able to offer its members special, contracted membership pricing for a wide range of services at RealtyIQ's website.

"Our mission is to address the special interests of commercial property professionals in ways that cannot be realized by firms or individuals acting alone," said Peter P. Liebert IV, SIOR, the organization's president. "We are pleased to work with RealtyIQ to bring some of the finest market information to our membership, and to harness the power of the Internet to help make all our members more efficient and powerful in their work day."

According to Mr. Weissberg, RealtyIQ is also working to set up alliances with many other prestigious organizations around the US that specialize in serving commercial real estate professionals. "Our interest is most closely aligned with these organizations since we are both in the business of serving and empowering the real estate professional," Mr. Weissberg said.
