Ray of light for Tommy.

Ray McKinnon hopes to pile on the agony for Tommy Burns today - but he insists the former Celtic boss can pull Reading off the foot of Division Two.

Ex-Dundee United ace McKinnon goes with Luton to face Burns' side in the opening game at their new Madjeski Stadium.

Midfield playmaker McKinnon said: "Tommy has been very unfortunate with injuries but he'll soon have Reading going up the table.

"I'll be wishing him all the best - AFTER the match, of course."
