Raritan stores coming this fall.

Garden Commercial Properties is preparing for the Grand Opening of the first retail stores and restaurants this month at Raritan Town Square, the new 500,000 s/f mixed-use retail and commercial complex it is developing in Hunterdon County, N.J.'s Raritan Township.

Scheduled to debut at the new center this fall are prominent retailers including Lowe's Home Improvement--which will serve as one of the anchor tenants at the mixed-use complex--and Longhorn Steakhouse. Construction on the second anchor tenant at Raritan Town Square, a 145,000 s/f Wal-Mart-is scheduled to begin this fall with a grand opening expected for mid-2009.

Located at the intersection of Route 31 and Route 523 in Raritan Township, Town Square lies in the county's booming retail development.
