Ramadan timings?

Can anyone clarify the law on Ramadan working hours for private companies, both for Muslims and non-Muslims irrespective of their nationalities?

The Labour Law states the maximum working hours during Ramadan are six per day or 36 per week.

This suggests that, providing an employee's hours do not exceed the weekly cap, working hours of 7.2 per day during a five-day week are acceptable.

The law draws no distinction between Muslim and non-Muslim workers and there is no "carve out" for managerial positions.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
