Racing: BUST OUT OF CHELTENHAM.

BUST OUT is the latest casualty on the road to the Cheltenham Festival.

Jessica Harrington's novice chaser, a leading fancy for the Irish Independent Arkle Trophy, has been ruled out of the Festival, due to the recurrence of an old injury.

Beaten a head by Istabraq in the December Festival Hurdle 2001, Bust Out was sidelined due to a leg injury until returning to action this season.

And he proved himself a very smart novice chaser in recent months, finishing second to Le Coudray in the Dennys before winning the Baileys Arkle Perpetual Cup at Leopardstown.

But the Cheltenham dream has ended with news he has injured the same leg as before, ruling him out of action for between twelve and eighteen months.

Meanwhile, Bust Out's stable- companion Moscow Flyer remains on course for the Queen Mother Champion Chase, for which he has been favourite all season.

The Flyer will be bidding to add the two-mile championship to the Arkle he won at the festival last year.

And Jessica Harrington will also run Spirit Leader, winner of the recent Tote Gold Trophy at Newbury, in the Vincent O'Brien County Hurdle.
