RUST COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF ENCLEAN

 BIRMINGHAM, Ala., and HOUSTON, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Rust International Inc. (NYSE: RST) and EnClean, Inc. announced today that a wholly owned Rust subsidiary has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of EnClean's common stock.
 On Aug. 9, 1993, the companies announced that the Rust subsidiary had accepted for payment approximately 5,721,000 shares, representing 96.7 percent of EnClean's common stock at $6.75 per share. The Rust subsidiary was merged into EnClean on Aug. 18, 1993, with all untendered, non-dissenting EnClean shares being converted into the right to receive $6.75 per share in cash.
 EnClean provides a broad range of industrial and environmental services to companies primarily in the refining, petrochemical, chemical, pulp and paper, food processing, utility and gas processing industries.
 Rust International is a leading provider of environmental and infrastructure consulting, engineering, construction, environmental restoration and specialty on-site industrial services. Rust is a subsidiary of WMX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: WMX), formerly known as Waste Management, Inc.
