 RUSSELL REYNOLDS ASSOCIATES APPOINTS FOUR NEW MANAGING DIRECTORS
 NEW YORK, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The worldwide executive search firm, Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc., today announced the appointment of James M. Bagley and Georges Holzberger as managing directors in its New York headquarters; Stephen D. Newton, as a managing director in the firm's Paris office; and Charles A. Tribbett, III as a managing director in the Chicago office. The announcement was made by Hobson Brown, Jr., president and chief executive officer.
 In making the announcement Brown said, "These are all outstanding professionals who are known for the quality of their work in their areas of expertise. They are recognized by their clients and their colleagues around the world for providing executive recruiting services of the highest quality."
 James M. Bagley joined Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc., in 1984 to develop the firm's Human Resources Department. Responsible for the design and delivery of the firm's compensation and benefit plans around the world, Bagley has also been actively involved in several client assignments. Previously he was associated with Alexander & Alexander, Inc., New York Life Insurance Company and State Mutual Life Assurance Company. A member of the American Society of Personnel Administrators, Bagley has a B.A. in history from Fordham University.
 Georges Holzberger joined the firm in 1984 in the New York office. He worked in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices of the firm and returned to New York in 1987 as an executive director and a member of the firm's investment banking recruiting practice. He has developed a recruiting expertise in the specialty niche of derivative securities. Holzberger was previously associated with Resources Planning Corporation and Manufacturer's Hanover Trust before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc. A 1978 graduate of Williams College, he has an MBA from New York University.
 Stephen D. Newton joined the firm's New York office in 1986 and moved to the Paris office earlier this year. He has specific recruiting expertise in two of the firm's practices, commercial banking and industrial. Prior to joining the firm, Newton was with Bankers Trust Company in London, Paris and New York for nine years, most recently as vice president and unit head in the Energy Group, responsible for the bank's oil and gas business in continental Europe and Africa. He received his B.S.F.S. form Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service and speaks French fluently.
 Charles A. Tribbett III has been a member of Russell Reynolds Associates' Chicago office since 1989, recruiting for several Fortune 500 companies in the Midwest. Tribbett joined the firm from Abraham & Sons, a Chicago-based private investment management and brokerage firm where he was a partner. Earlier, he was associated with several prestigious law firms, including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, and Flom. He is chairman of the Chicago Urban League. Tribbett is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Marquette University and has a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
