RUGBY LEAGUE: Final warning.

Cup final opponents Quentin Pongia and Dominic Feaunati are warning that the gloves could come off in Saturday's derby showdown between Wigan and St Helens at the Millennium Stadium.

Sparks flew the last time the century-old rivals met, with two players sin- binned. The stakes will be even higher in Cardiff, where the Lancashire giants meet in the Powergen Challenge Cup final.

``If that happens,it happens,'' said Wigan prop Pongia.``That's the game. It's an aggressive game. No one is going out to be a pussy cat.

``That's what people like to watch. If something happens on the spur of the moment, that's the way it goes.''
