 RTA TO SPRING INTO SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS
 CLEVELAND, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The Greater Cleveland Regional


Transit Authority's (RTA) spring changes in bus and rapid transit service have been finalized, and will take effect on March 29.
 The changes will make schedule times more reliable, waiting time between buses more evenly spaced, and overall service more efficient.
 New timetables are printed on yellow paper to alert passengers to the changes, and are available from the RTA Customer Service Center, 315 Euclid Ave., Cleveland. Passengers can also get new schedules by calling the RTAnswerline, 216-621-9500.
 The changes include one new route, the No. 151 Flyer (West 130th), which will be added in Strongsville.
 The most substantial changes in service will occur on the following bus lines: No. 7X/F (Monticello-Euclid Hts.); No. 9X/F/BX (Mayfield); No. 15 (Union); No. 15A (Union-Walden); No. 15X (Union-Harvard); No. 15F (Warrensville Hts. Flyer); No. 20 (West 11th-Broadview); No. 35 (Broadview); No. 79/79X (Fulton-Ridge); and the No. 51F, No. 151, No. 251, No. 351, No. 451 (I-71/Pearl Road Flyers).
 Service improvements are being made to the following lines: No. 5 (Chagrin); No. 18 (Denison-Harvard); No. 30 (East 140-Hayden); No. 37 (East 185-Taylor); No. 68 (Bagley-Grantwood); No. 77F (Brecksville); No. 86 (Warren-Berea) and No. 86F (Berea).
 Minor changes are being made to the following bus and rapid transit schedules or routes: No. 1 (St.Clair); No. 8 (Cedar); No. 10 (East 105); No. 21X (West 25-State); No. 22 (Lorain); No. 25 (Madison); No. 26 (Detroit); No. 28X (Euclid); No. 39X/39BX/39F (Lakeshore); No. 42 (Great Northern-Bay Village); No. 53 (Great Northern-Center Ridge), No. 55AX (Gold Coast); No. 55NX (Clifton-Wagar); No. 55SX (Clifton-Wooster); No. 66X (Red Line); No. 67X/67AX (Blue/Green Lines); No. 87X (Lorain Rd. - Westwood); No. 89 (Great Northern-Olmsted Falls); No. 90X (Broadway-Libby ), No. 91 (Warrensville-Dunham); No. 92 (Bartlett-Aurora); No. 96 (Lorain Rd.-Butternut); No. 97X (Broadway-Northfield); and No. 97F (Oakwood).
