RSTS ANNOUNCES TRADING ON THE OVER-THE-COUNTER
 ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARD
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- On May 29, 1992, RSTS Corp.'s common stock began trading on the over-the-counter Electronic Bulletin Board under the symbol "RSTS."
RSTS through its subsidiary Bion Technologies Inc., designs, markets and installs proprietary/patented systems which are environmentally and economically sound for the bioconversion of wastewater and effluents from agribusiness, municipal, residential and industrial producers and related problems. The company's products were in the development stage until the late fall of 1991. Three sales of dairy farm Nutrient Management Systems ("NMS") for phosphorus removal were made during the test marketing phase ended March 1992.
RSTS began commercial marketing of the Bion NMS systems during April 1992. As a result, the company has entered into an agreement for the design and installation of an NMS wastewater treatment system for a large citrus processing plant in LaBelle, Fla. This will be the initial application of the company's technology in the food processing industry. During May 1992 the company submitted a proposal (which has been verbally accepted) to a large sugar producing cooperative in South Central Florida to design and install a prototype system for phosphorus removal. The project will demonstrate that the Bion NMS technology can solve the pervasive problem of low concentration phosphorus pollution from sugar cane plantations near Everglades National Park. Work on these projects will begin during June 1992.
RSTS has also submitted proposals for design and installation of Bion NMS systems for a 500 person residential center in the Rocky Mountains and an additional large dairy farm in the central Florida area. The company is in preliminary discussions with numerous other potential customers regarding projects for NMS systems designed for the dairy, cattle and swine industries. Discussions are also in progress concerning installation of a Bion NMS system for a New York industrial park.
