ROY M. MARTIN JR. RESIGNS FROM COMPUTRAC, INC.

 RICHARDSON, Texas, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- CompuTrac, Inc. (AMEX: LLB), the leading provider of financial management systems for law firms, today announced that Roy M. Martin Jr., president and chief operating officer, has resigned effective Oct. 29, to become senior vice president of Lawyers' Cooperative Publishing, Inc., the legal publishing division of Thomson Professional Publishing. Thomson Professional Publishing is a sector of the Thomson Corporation, a $6 billion public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Martin will be relocating to the new company's Rochester, N.Y. offices to take over responsibility for corporate strategy and business development.
