ROSS SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH CAMPUS AMERICA TO RESELL ROSS PRODUCTS Further Expands Education Market Presence

 REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROSS) today announced the signing of an agreement with Campus America, Knoxville, Tenn., whereby Campus America will resell Ross' Renaissance Financial Systems software to colleges and universities as well as secondary schools at the state and district levels.
 Ross Systems currently serves the education marketplace with Renaissance Public Sector Series, its family of specialized accounting products. Ross presently has over 2,000 installed sites globally.
