RONALD D. BROWN ELECTED VICE PRESIDENT - FINANCE AND C.F.O.; KENNETH W. MUELLER ELECTED TREASURER

 CINCINNATI, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Cincinnati Milacron Inc. (NYSE: CMZ) announced that the board of directors has elected Ronald D. Brown vice president of finance and chief financial officer of the corporation. Having most recently served as treasurer, Brown replaces William E. Buchholz, who has left the company to accept the position of chief financial officer with Nalco Chemical Co. in Chicago. Succeeding and now reporting to Brown as treasurer is Kenneth W. Mueller, previously controller and interim director of the standard machine tool products division.
 Brown, 39, joined Cincinnati Milacron in 1980 as assistant corporate counsel and served subsequently as manager of corporate planning, assistant secretary, assistant treasurer and treasurer. He holds a juris doctor from the University of Dayton Law School and a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. He has numerous community activities and professional affiliations including the Cincinnati Community Chest and Council, the National Association of Corporate Treasurers, and the Advisory Board of Directors of Allendale Insurance Company.
 Mueller, 59, joined Cincinnati Milacron in 1961. He has held many positions of increasing responsibility in both finance and operations, including corporate controller and managing director of Milacron's plastics extrusion machinery subsidiary in Vienna, Austria. He has a B.B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from Xavier University.
