ROCKWELL AUTOMOTIVE NAMES KRIVAN VICE PRESIDENT - MARKETING

 TROY, Mich., Nov. 19 ~PRNewswire~ -- Harold E. Krivan has been appointed vice president - Marketing for Rockwell International Corporation's Automotive business.
 In this newly created position, Krivan will assist in the development of coordinated strategies to support Rockwell's efforts with major customers who interface with Rockwell across multiple divisions and continents. Responsibility for the sales and marketing of individual products will continue to reside with division general management.
 Krivan will also be responsible for developing communications strategies through the company's advertising, public relations, business services and other related functions. The position supports the activities of Rockwell's three Automotive business units, including On- Highway Products, Off-Highway Products, and Automotive Body and Chassis Systems. Krivan reports directly to Ronald L. Roudebush, president of Rockwell Automotive, and will serve as a member of Automotive's Management Committee.
 He returns to Rockwell Automotive's headquarters from England where he had been vice president - Vehicle Drivetrain Systems, Europe, since 1990. He joined Rockwell in 1979 as director of Business Planning. In 1981, he was promoted to director of Marketing, North American Field Sales and Marketing. In 1984, he was named vice president of Marketing and Business Planning; and two years later, vice president - Marketing, Aftermarket Parts & Services, and Business Planning.
 Before joining Rockwell, he had various management and consulting responsibilities with Prudential Insurance Co., Arthur D. Little Inc., and The Berwick Group.
 Krivan received a bachelor's degree from Harvard University in 1965. At Amos Tuck, Dartmouth's graduate school of business administration, he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar while earning a master of business administration degree in 1969.
