ROBBINS & MYERS COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF PROCHEM DAYTON, Ohio, March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Robbins & Myers, Inc.
(NASDAQ: ROBN) today reported it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of PROCHEM Mixing Equipment Ltd., headquartered in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Robbins & Myers will continue PROCHEM's business of manufacturing turbine and impeller mixers for the process industries with primary markets in pulp and paper, chemical processing and mining. Annual sales are approximately $9 million (U.S. dollars).
