ROBBINS & MYERS APPOINTS NEW BOARD MEMBER DAYTON, Ohio, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Robbins & Myers, Inc.
(NASDAQ: ROBN) today announced the appointment of Jerome F. Tatar to its board of directors. Tatar will fill the unexpired term of Edward A. Loeser who resigned for personal reasons.
Tatar is president of Mead Fine Paper Division of Mead Corporation, (NYSE: MEA) a major paper manufacturer and leader in information technology headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. He has been associated with Mead since 1973 and has served in his present capacity since 1986. Tatar holds a BS degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to the Robbins & Myers board, Tatar is a member of the board of directors of First National Bank and the development board of St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton. He also serves on the board of the Dayton Opera Association. Daniel W.
