RO22MN MUNA GARDENS RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN BAUSHER HEIGHTS LAUNCHED.
The RO22mn project of Zain Property Development, Muna Gardens was launched at Grand Hyatt Muscat on Tuesday.
The project is located in the Al Muna area at Bausher Heights.
Mishaal Mohammed al Raisi, chief executive officer of Zain Property Development said, 'The launch of this project comes in implementation of the company's plan, which was drawn according to a vision that takes into account the state of the market and its future. It meets the requirements of the real estate sector clients with projects that reflect their dreams and exceed their expectations.
'The market life of the sultanate, its stability and growth stimulate companies to launch new projects. The demand is increasing and the ceiling of customer requirements rises. That necessitates companies' innovation.' He added that the project is in the heart of the capital and is very close to various important services and centres. It is only ten minutes away from Muscat International Airport and is only five minutes away from the ministries area, The Royal Hospital, Mall of Oman and leading shopping centres in Al Khuwayr area, making it an ideal place to live amid luxury and greenery.
The project will be the first green residential city in the heart of Muscat, consisting of 122 villas.
'Four types of luxury villas will be built in Muna Gardens," Raisi said.
'The first type is the Townhouse Villas, some of which have three bedrooms and others have three bedrooms and a swimming pool. The second type is Twin House Villas, some of which have three bedrooms with a working room and a swimming pool above the jetty, while the other consists of four bedrooms with a working room and a swimming pool. The third type is a twin villa with three bedrooms, while the fourth type is a twin villa with luxury four bedrooms. All the villas of the project will have two underground car parks.'
At Muna Gardens, the entertainment centre will include a gym with swimming pool, a cinema and a hall for events with an area of 250 sq m. The commercial spaces are suitable for the establishment of cafes, spas, restaurants, clinics and mini-markets, as well as a children's park on a land area of 2,000 sq m. The project will also have green areas in addition to outdoor spaces for football, weightlifting, hiking and cycling.
