RMS TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDES DATA PROCESSING SUPPORT TO DOT NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION CENTER

 MARLTON, N.J., Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- RMS Technologies, Inc., an information transfer technologies company, has been awarded a $10 million contract to provide institutional data processing support to the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Volpe National Transportation Systems Center in Cambridge, Mass.
 RMS, headquartered in Marlton, is a major subcontractor for the five-year contract by W.T. Chen & Company, Inc., of Waltham, Mass. Through its Systems Division, RMS will provide administrative and MIS applications programming and analysis services in support of the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and production of Volpe's Administrative and Management Information System. The contract also includes Local Area Network (LAN) administrative services support.
 "This important contract win represents another positive step in our strategic plan toward the development of new growth and technology- oriented customers," said William Atwood, vice president, Systems Division. "Furthermore, it expands our Automated Data Processing and LAN services capability as well as our work force in Boston."
 The Volpe contract is one of several support services contracts RMS has with the DOT through the Transportation Systems Center and the Federal Aviation Administration.
