RMI takes two units at Clearwater Park.

THE Retail Motor Industry Federation has signed a new deal to take two buildings at Clearwater Business Park in Warwickshire.

The federation will occupy Buildings 2 and 3 on the park near Leamington Spa where they will join engineering group Clearwater among others.

The Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI) will open a new training facility at the park to act as an industry resource for MOT tester training.

The centre will aim to provide several benefits and opportunities for, with an initial focus on MOT training and further courses added in due course.

Clearwater Group chairman Roger Allen added: "We are very much looking forward to welcoming The Retail Motor Industry Federation to Clearwater Business Park. "We have an excellent relationship with the RMI team and that really makes a difference when it comes to getting things done.

"Boston Fieldgate has worked well on long-term planning for some time and it is very good to see all that coming together.

"Tom Bromwich in particular has also done an excellent job in introducing high quality professional clients to the site.

"We are all extremely pleased with how our relationship with Bromwich Hardy has evolved over recent months."
