 NEW YORK, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective Feb. 6, Moody's Investors Service assigned a Aa rating to $77,185,000 of hospital revenue bonds to be issued by the Peninsula Ports Authority of Virginia on behalf of Riverside Health System.
 Moody's stated that, "Sound fundamental credit factors are strengthened by exceptional financial performance for this vertically and horizontally integrated regional system. The vulnerability posed by the service area's dependence upon a single employer is offset by Riverside's low debt and strong market share."
