RFR Realty's upscale office space ready-to-go.

RFR Realty LLC has recently completed the most upscale prebuilt program for office space in all of Manhattan at its landmark 375 Park Avenue, one of the most sought-after business addresses in the world. Designed to offer tenants "move-in" condition suites available for immediate occupancy, these newly refurbished offices offer state-of-the-art headquarters. Some of the features included are double-glass entry doors, marble reception areas, drywall ceilings, full height cherry wood doors with framed, beveled sidelites, high-grade carpeting, upgraded pantries with stainless steel appliances and Corian countertops.

"The most extraordinary thing about undertaking a program of this type is the exceptional architectural quality of the property itself," said Steve Morrows, vice president of leasing for RFR Realty, who is spearheading the prebuilt program at 375 Park Avenue. "Now, add to that platform the highest quality office upgrades in the market and the result is facilities unrivaled elsewhere in Manhattan."

"Leasing activity at 375 Park Avenue is always robust," added David Panzirer, a vice president of leasing with RFR Realty. "And, as the economy continues to improve, the demand for immediate space is growing. 375 Park Avenue is one of the few properties able to offer new, ready-made Class A space that can be moved into the same day a leased is signed."
