REUTERS MOVES CAPITAL MARKET DECISIONS UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES LAWSUIT TO FEDERAL COURT

 NEW YORK, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Market Decisions Inc. of Stamford, Conn., announced today that its lawsuit against Reuters America, Inc., which had been filed on Nov. 5, 1993 in New York State Supreme Court, has been moved by Reuters to Federal District Court in New York and assigned to Kimba Wood. As a consequence, the hearing previously scheduled for State Supreme Court on Monday, Nov. 15, 1993, will not be held.
 In the lawsuit, Capital Market Decisions had charged Reuters with unfair business practices and was seeking a preliminary injunction pending the outcome of arbitration.
