RESULT: England at sixes... and sevens.

Byline: DEREK McGOVERN

ENGLAND'S one-day record is now officially worse than a David van Day record.

Sunday's defeat by India put them 4-0 down, making it the most dismal series since It Ain't Half Hot Mum.

The fact that the fifth one-dayer follows so quickly - tomorrow to be exact - is not good news for anyone, apart from India. Kevin Pietersen (left) and his side are 7-4 to lose the series 7-0. That's with Hills who offer 9-4 for an English player to score a century in the series.
