RENO AIR ANNOUNCES REDEMPTION OF WARRANTS

 RENO, Nev., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Nevada-based Reno Air Inc. (NASDAQ: RENO (common stock), RENOW (warrants) PSE: RNO (common stock), RNOWS (warrants)) announced today that it will redeem its redeemable public warrants at a redemption price of 10 cents per warrant on Sept. 21, 1993.
 Warrantholders may exercise their warrants by executing the purchase form on the reverse side of each warrant certificate, and returning the completed certificate, along with the payment for the shares of common stock at the exercise price of $8.50 per share, to Reno Air's Warrant Agent, the Trust Company of New Jersey, on or before Sept. 20, 1993.
 The right of warrantholders to exercise their warrants will expire at 5 p.m. (EDT) on Sept. 20, 1993, after which time Reno Air's redeemable public warrants will cease to be quoted on NASDAQ and the Pacific Stock Exchange. Reno Air's common stock will continue to be quoted on NASDAQ and the PSE.
 Reno Air is a scheduled, full service, jet airline which serves its hometown of Reno/Tahoe, as well as Seattle, Portland, Ore., San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego and Ontario, Calif.
