RENO AIR ANNOUNCES LISTING ON THE NASDAQ NATIONAL MARKET

 RENO, Nev., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Nevada-based Reno Air Inc., (NASDAQ: RENO; PSE: RNO) announced that its common shares are scheduled to begin trading today, Monday, Oct. 25, 1993, on the NASDAQ National Market System. Reno Air securities previously traded on the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market System. The airline's common stock will use the same symbol under which it traded on the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market, RENO. The company's common shares trade on the Pacific Stock Exchange under the symbol RNO. As with the Pacific Stock Exchange, shares traded on the NASDAQ National Market System will be marginable.
 Reno Air began flight operations 15 months ago with one McDonnell Douglas MD-80 series aircraft and 100 employees. Today, the airline has 16 aircraft with an additional aircraft scheduled to be delivered on Oct. 31, 1993. With over 1,000 employees, the company currently serves San Jose, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Burbank, and Ontario, Calif., as well as Seattle, Portland, Ore., and the carrier's headquarters in Reno/Tahoe.
