RENAISSANCE ENVIRONMENTAL NAMES DICKLER TO TOP FINANCIAL POSTS

 MIAMI, Fla., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- David M. Dickler has been named executive vice president of Renaissance Environmental Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: RNNV), a Miami-based environmental services company, the company announced today.
 Dickler, a certified public accountant, holds an MBA degree from the New York Institute of Technology. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida State Society of CPAs.
 Before joining Renaissance, Dickler worked for nearly 25 years with IBM where he served in various positions. During his career, he also served with two other companies in management positions that included division president, chief financial officer, controller and Product Line Business manager.

 Renaissance Environmental provides services include recycling; landfill recovery, construction, operations and mining; and hazardous waste management, as well as related activities such as general construction, demolition, excavation and disaster response.
 The company became a publicly owned corporation earlier in 1993 when Nolan acquired control of Nehalem, Inc., then a publicly owned "shell" corporation, and subsequently changed the name of the corporation to Renaissance Environmental Corporation.
