RELIABILITY INCORPORATED ANNOUNCES CHAIRMAN'S RETIREMENT

 HOUSTON, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Reliability Incorporated (NASDAQ: REAL) today announced that Everett Hanlon has resigned as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of the company effective immediately. Hanlon will remain a director of the company.
 Hanlon stated that the resignation will allow him to pursue personal objectives.
 Hanlon's duties will be assumed by Larry Edwards, who most recently was president and chief operating officer. Edwards will become president and chief executive officer.
 Al Lederer Jr., currently a member of the board of directors, was appointed as chairman of the board until his term expires at the end of April.
 Reliability Incorporated is based in Houston, Texas with operating facilities in Durham, North Carolina; San Jose, Costa Rica; Singapore and Tokyo, Japan.
 Reliability and its subsidiaries manufacture burn-in and test equipment, loading and unloading equipment and other peripherals for sale to manufacturers and volume users of integrated circuits. The company also manufactures a line of power sources, including DC-to-DC power converters, and provides conditioning and testing services for integrated circuits in Singapore and Durham. After-sales installation and field services of equipment is available to customers worldwide.
