IT'S Hogmanay and a new you is just around the corner.

Maybe that's too ambitious but it is New Year's resolution time.

Top of the agenda for anyone hooked on the nicotine monster is quitting smoking.

Smoking kills more than 120,000 people in the UK every year.

It's one of the hardest habits to break and that's why we've decided to make it easier.

With the prospect of a thousand broken promises stretching out before you, stubbing out the weed is one pledge you can keep.

Resolving to make yourself perfect may be an unattainable dream but with the help of smoking guru Allen Carr you can take a step closer.

Make plenty of resolutions it's traditional to break at least some.
