REBNY announces first ethics lecture.
Political scientist Alon Ben-Meir will hold the Real Estate Board's first annual Aaron Gural Lectureship in Ethics. The lectureship honors Mr. Gural, REBNY's Vice Chairperson, who also led the Board's Ethics Committee for many years.Dr. Ben-Meir, a professor at New York University and New School University, will lead several seminars on business ethics and ethical negotiations, write a number of related articles to be distributed to REBNY members, and deliver a lecture about these topics on Oct. 26th between 9 and 10:30 a.m. at Verizon Communications headquarters, 1095 Avenue of the Americas, at 42nd Street.
James D. Kuhn, President of Newmark & Company, will be the event's interlocutor. Continental break-fast will be served at 8:30 a.m. There is no admission charge to the lecture for REBNY members. The fee for nonmembers is $10. All who attend, however, must register in advance by calling Ms. Indi Jaipal at 212-532-3100. Please note that space is limited.
