REAL ESTATE BARON STEPHEN MURPHY DECLARES MENTOR DONALD TRUMP'S COMEBACK OFFICIAL AND RENAMES BOOK TO 'FORMERLY ONE UP ON TRUMP!'

Trump Responds with Endorsement for Murphy's Book,
 Which Benefits Homeless Vietnam Vets
LOS ANGELES, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- "My mentor, Donald Trump, is back and better than ever," states real estate tycoon Stephen Murphy. "And I'm renaming my book and changing the foreword to declare his comeback official."
So is the statement by the $100 million real estate baron who, after three months, retitled his book (which benefits homeless Vietnam vets) to "Formerly One Up On Trump: Donald Trump Is Back and Better Than Ever! How You Too Can Make Millions in Uncle Sam's $400 Billion Real Estate Firesale!" The book was previously titled "One Up On Trump! How You Too Can Make Real Estate Millions in the New R.E.O. Marker and Keep It!"
In response to the change, Trump has formally issued an endorsement for Murphy's book, part of which states: "Steve's onto something, and he's got the investment world looking over his shoulder. Watch out for Stephen Murphy, because he's certainly been watching me. And now, I'll be watching him. Steve's a winner. Good luck to everyone at American Capital Investments."
Murphy decided to rename his book following careful re-evaluation of Trump's standing. "It's time to witness a man without peer re- establishing himself as the pre-eminent investment dealmaker of the century." Or, as one of Trump's lawyer's so appropriately suggested in regard to the re-titling of this book, "No one is up on Trump."
Murphy is a Vietnam veteran who was plagued by alcoholism and was homeless just a short few years ago. His return to success is marked by his multimillion dollar investment firm, American Capital Investments. He has also established the American Foundation for the Homeless, a rehabilitation program which purchases and donates houses for homeless veterans recovering from substance abuse disorder and post-traumatic stress syndrome.
Murphy's second book in a series of real estate investing (all of which benefit the homeless), "Financial Wizard R.E.O. OPOLY: What They Don't Teach You About Real Estate Finance in Business School," is scheduled for official release in May. A third book, "Trickle-Up Economics: What They Don't Teach You at UCLA Business School," is forthcoming.
