.RE: SHOPLIFTING from Home Bargain.

to I thought as a boyfriend of a member of staff, it would be useful to put across the viewpoint of the staff. The shop assistants are all paid the minimum wage, yet are expected to challenge shoplifters, many of whom are desperate drug addicts, and yet there are no security guards. Surely, a simple solution would be to employ a full time security guard and deal with the problem before it happens! Name and address supplied
