RCM TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ANNOUNCES EXTENSION AND PRICE REVISION OF CLASS C WARRANTS

 CHERRY HILL, N.J., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- RCM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RCMT) today announced that its board of directors has extended the expiration date of the company's Class C Common Stock Warrants from Oct. 1, 1993, to Oct. 1, 1994.
 Also, the board authorized a reduction in the price at which the warrants are exercisable to $3 per share of common stock. Prior to the change, the warrants were exercisable at $8.50 per share of common stock.
 Leon Kopyt, president and chief executive officer, added: "Based on our current operating performance, we believe that the new conversion price is both realistic and attainable. This new exercise price reflects management's expectations of the company's potential in the future."
 RCM Technologies, Inc., through its Intertec Design, Inc. (IDI) subsidiary, is a nationwide provider of contract, temporary and full- time professional engineering, technical, light industrial, computer graphics, office clerical and other specialized personnel placement services to U.S. corporations.
