 RAYTHEON UNIT WINS ENGINEERING CONTRACT FROM VENEZUELAN REFINER
 LEXINGTON, Mass., June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) today announced that its subsidiary, The Badger Company, has won a contract from Corpoven S.A. to provide engineering design services for a new petroleum refinery in Jose, Anzoategui State, Venezuela.
 Badger, together with its Venezuelan partner, Marshall y Asociados, an engineering and construction firm in Caracas, will perform preliminary engineering and cost estimating for the multi-billion dollar refinery and supporting facilities.
 The refinery will be the world's first designed to process Hamaca crude oil, a heavy crude oil extracted from the Orinoco River basin in Venezuela. Its initial capacity will be 277,000 barrels per day.
 The Badger Company is an international engineering and construction firm which provides technology and services to the petroleum, chemical, polymer, and environmental process industries.
