RAYTHEON NAMES PASQUARIELLO CEDARAPIDS PRESIDENT AND CEO

 LEXINGTON, Mass., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) has named John R. Pasquariello as president and chief executive officer of its Cedarapids, Inc., subsidiary. He succeeds Ronald W. Dunmire, who is retiring.
 Pasquariello, who will report to Charles Q. Miller, Raytheon senior vice president and group executive for Raytheon Engineers & Constructors International, most recently served as Raytheon's vice president of manufacturing and environmental quality.
 Pasquariello was elected a Raytheon vice president in 1979. He joined Raytheon in 1958 and has overseen manufacturing for several operations during his career with the company.
 Dunmire had held the top post at Cedarapids since 1983. He joined the company, then known as the Iowa Manufacturing Company, in 1961.
 Cedarapids offers a wide variety of rock-crushing, asphalt-paving, and asphalt-mixing equipment to customers in the U.S. and overseas. In addition to its main manufacturing facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the company has two divisions, El Jay Inc., of Eugene, Ore., and Standard Havens in Kansas City, Mo.
 Cedarapids is part of the Raytheon Engineers & Constructors group.
 Raytheon, headquartered in Lexington, is a $9 billion diversified technology company with sales in four business segments: Electronics, Aircraft Products, Energy and Environmental, and Major Appliances.
