 RAYTHEON ELECTS TWO VICE PRESIDENTS
 LEXINGTON, Mass., May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company's


(NYSE: RTN) board of directors today elected Stanley L. Clark and Peter R. D'Angelo as company vice presidents.
 Clark, 48, is group executive for Raytheon's Commercial Electronics Group, having been named to the position in January of this year.
 Raytheon's Commercial Electronics Group consists of five Raytheon units: Raytheon Marine Company, Switchcraft, Inc., Sorensen Company, Seiscor Technologies, Inc., and Semiconductor Division.
 Clark previously had been president of Raytheon Marine Company for nine years. He joined Raytheon in 1977, as Raytheon Marine's manager of marketing operations.
 Clark holds an M.B.A. from Adelphi University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from New York University. He and his wife, the former Robin Mulcahy, live in North Andover, Mass.
 D'Angelo, 53, is Raytheon's controller, a position to which he was named this past January. He is responsible for directing and advising management on company activities in a number of areas, including accounting, auditing, tax affairs, financial analysis, and information processing systems.
 D'Angelo, who has been with Raytheon since 1962, served as controller of the company's Missile Systems Division between 1984 and 1992. He holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a bachelor's degree in the same field from Boston College.
 D'Angelo and his family live in Stoneham, Mass.
 Raytheon, headquartered in Lexington, Mass., is a diversified technology company with sales in four business segments: Electronics, Aircraft Products, Energy and Environmental, and Major Appliances.
