 RAYTHEON ANNOUNCES ESTABLISHMENT OF RAYTHEON MIDDLE EAST COMPANY
 LEXINGTON, Mass., April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon today announced the establishment of Raytheon Middle East Company which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raytheon (NYSE: RTN).
 Raytheon Middle East Company, to be headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will consolidate and coordinate all the marketing efforts for Raytheon in the Middle East. Specifically, they will represent the full range of Raytheon business segments to include electronics, aircraft products and services, energy and environmental and the company's major appliance product lines.
 The new company will be managed by James J. Lewis, a Raytheon vice president and chairman of Raytheon Middle East Company who is currently located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Aldo Massara, vice president of Raytheon and president of Raytheon Middle East Company is assigned to Dubai.
 Raytheon Company, headquartered in Lexington, Mass., is a $9.3 billion multi-industry diversified technology company active worldwide in electronics, energy and environmental services, aviation and appliances.
