 RAMTEK SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH DU PONT PIXEL
 SAN JOSE, Calif., June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramtek Corp.


(NASDAQ: RMTK) has signed an agreement with Du Pont Pixel to enter into an OEM/Reseller partnership to sell Du Pont Pixel's Fusion range of Visual Accelerator boards.
 The fusion boards accelerate graphics, imaging and numerical processing on the full range of SPARC workstations with support for up to 32-bit displays. Ramtek will focus on reselling the fusion boards into federal business, remote sensing, GIS, mission planning, mission rehearsal and simulation using image-based terrains and forensics.
 "This product will enable us to provide solutions to our customers by supplying a product which will greatly reduce image processing time and increase productivity far superior to other boards on the market," remarked Mike Battaglia, vice president and general manager of Ramtek's newly formed Systems Division.
 Ramtek Corp., founded in 1971 and headquartered in San Jose, Calif., designs and manufactures image processing systems and graphic display systems for markets such as remote sensing, reconnaissance and surveillance, natural resource management, environmental studies, geographical sciences, command and control, forensic science and medical imaging.
