 RADIATION SYSTEMS DECLARES DIVIDEND
 STERLING, Va., March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Radiation Systems, Inc.


(NASDAQ-NMS: RADS), today announced a cash dividend of 3 1/2 cents per share payable on April 14, 1992, to stockholders of record on March 30, 1992.
 This represents the continuation of the company's semi-annual dividend program. The dividend has been adjusted for the three-for- two stock split which became effective Nov. 22, 1991, to reflect approximately the same cash value to shareholders before the split.
 Radiation Systems, Inc., designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of antenna systems for radar, air traffic control, tactical military, satellite earth stations, terrestrial microwave and other specialized uses throughout the world.
