 RADIATION SYSTEMS, INC., FORMS GROUPS AND ELECTS OFFICERS
 STERLING, Va., Nov. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard E. Thomas, chairman and chief executive officer, Radiation Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: RADS), has announced that the board of directors has elected new officers and has realigned Radiation Systems into four operational groups.
 William A. Thomas, currently vice president, Technical Products Division, has been elected a corporate vice president (Group) responsible for the Government Systems Group, consisting of the Technical Products, Mexia Fabricators, Universal Antennas and Precision Controls Divisions.
 R. Doss McComas, currently vice president and general counsel, shall in addition assume the duties of vice president (Group) responsible for the International Group, consisting of Radiation Systems International Ltd., and the CSA Antenna Systems and PG Technologies Divisions.
 Robert M. Thomas, currently vice president (Group) for the Commercial System Group, shall remain in that capacity responsible for the Mark Antennas and Satellite Networks Divisions.
 Richard E. Thomas, currently chairman and chief executive officer, shall in addition assume the duties of acting vice president (Group) responsible for the Communications Systems Group, consisting of the SatCom Technologies and Electromechanical Systems Divisions.
 In addition, it was announced that Mary C. Erhardt and Kenneth A. Grannan have been elected vice presidents of Radiation Systems, Inc.
 Erhardt is president and chief operating officer of the Mark Antennas Division. Grannan is president and chief operating officer of the Electromechanical Systems Division.
 Thomas said that the realignment allows Radiation Systems, Inc., to more effectively respond to the requirements of its divisions and their markets and will ensure that the strong management controls in place will be maintained as the company grows. In addition, the promotions provide seasoned managers to guide Radiation Systems, Inc., into the future to meet its business objectives for growth and profitability.
 Radiation Systems, Inc., designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of antenna turnkey systems and components for radar, air traffic control, tactical military, satellite communications, terrestrial microwave and other specialized uses throughout the world.
