HERZLIYA PITUACH, Israel, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. (the company) (NASDAQ: RADIF) announced today that the company has received a purcase order from USAir for its Commercial Aviation Test Station (CATS). USAir, a major worldwide carrier operating over 400 aircraft, will use the CATS system to support electrical and electronic units of the Boeing 727, 737, 757 and 767 aircraft as well as the DC9 and the MD80. The company also announced today that it is participating in the Annual International Electronics Meeting in Singapore, where it is exhibiting the newest version of its CATS system. For the past six months, the company has focused its marketing efforts on the rapidly expanding market in Asia and is currently submitting proposals and holding discussions with many Asian-based airlines.
