R.R. DONNELLEY TO PURCHASE COMPUTER DOCUMENTATION PRINTER IN OREGON

 CHICAGO, Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company (NYSE: DNY) has signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of Western Computer Press, a computer documentation printer in Tigard, Ore. The transaction is expected to close in early September. Terms were not disclosed.
 Western Computer Press employs 120 people who produce computer manuals for software publishers and hardware manufacturers.
 R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company is a leader in reproducing and distributing print and digital information worldwide. As the world's largest commercial printer, R.R.
