R.R. DONNELLEY TO MODERNIZE WARSAW, IND., DIVISION

 CHICAGO, July 26 /PRNewswire/ -- R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company (NYSE: DNY), the world's largest commercial printer, is investing $70 million over the next two years to upgrade its manufacturing complex in Warsaw, Ind.
 The modernization program includes the installation of two new wide- web gravure presses to replace older equipment.
