WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- R.J. Reynolds Tobacco International, Inc. today announced that it will acquire the Satoraljaujhely cigarette factory for an undisclosed amount.

R.J. Reynolds Tobacco International is one of the world's leading producers and marketers of cigarettes. Its parent company, RJR Nabisco, Inc., is one of the largest consumer products companies in the world, with 1991 sales of nearly $15 billion.
