Question on cake and sugar link.

I DON'T expect my letter to be published, however, feel l must have a try to get an answer to my puzzled query. In the Western Mail September 17 there is a letter from the director of the Stroke association urging us to bake a cake. We get the same requests from the McMillan nurses charity.

How do we get people to take responsibility for their health and improve their diet when those in charge of health charities are urging them to eat cake? J Price Coleford
