Quest for excellence conference slated.

The Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence will present a World-Class Quest for Excellence Conference on Wednesday at the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock.

The senior leaders of Potlatch Corp.'s Cypress Bend Mill at McGehee will talk about the mill's performance practices, the journey to performance excellence and lessons learned.

The mill is one of 13 organizations in the state that have attained the Governor's Award for Performance Excellence during the past 10 years.

Former Sen. David Pryor, dean of the Clinton School of Public Service, will welcome guests at the conference, which will to be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. At its conclusion of the conference, tours of the Clinton Library will be available.
