Quebecor Printing - Financiere Jean Didier.

MONTREAL, Quebec--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1995--Quebecor Printing Inc. confirms that it is in a dispute with Mr. Jean Didier, over a balance of payment as a result of the Financiere Jean Didier acquisition.

The amount in contention is FF 31 million (US $6 million). After having invested to date more than FF 420 million (US $80 million), Quebecor Printing intends to defend its rights vigorously and resolve the matter expeditiously.
