Quaid Azam University Allumni Association (QAUAA), Quaideen Intellectual Forum (QIF) to organize Quaideen Family festival 2010.

University Allumni Association (QAUAA) and Quaideen Intellectual Forum
(QIF) will organize Quaideen Family festival 2010 here at QAU on October
29. General Secretary QAUAA Murtaza Noor while talking to reporter said
that aim of the festival is fund raising for the flood affected students
of the university. He said that Federal Secretary Ministry of Special
Initiatives Raja Ikram-ul-Haq would be the chief guest on the occasion.
He said that this would also bring various banks, multinational
companies, Research Institutes, NGOs, and government departments to
introduce their programmes and provide job opportunities to the
students, he said. Murtaza said that Alumni Association members from
across the country would participate in the event with their families.
QAUAA is the official Alumni Association of Quaid-I-Azam University,
No.1 University of the country and second in OIC countries. QAUAA, a
non-profitable voluntary organization established by the old students of
QAU to have a social and interactive forum. QAU, Islamabad and QAUAA
have already signed MOU to extend cooperation for the benefit of the
present and old students of QAU. QAU Alumni Association is also
assisting the students of QAU in career counselling and job placement.
