27 February 2014 -- Pennsylvania US-based bank holding company QNB Corp (OTCBB: QNBC) said that its board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.28 per share.

The amount represents a 3.7% increase from the prior quarter.

Based upon the closing price of a share as of close of business February 24, 2014, this represents a yield of 4.0%. The cash dividend is payable on March 28, 2014 to shareholders of record March 14, 2014.

QNB Corp offers commercial and retail banking services through the eleven banking offices of its subsidiary, QNB Bank.

In addition, QNB Bank provides securities and advisory services under the name of QNB Financial Services through Investment Professionals, Inc., a registered Broker/Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor, and title insurance as a member of Laurel Abstract Co LLC.
